Private Supervision for Maryland Licensed Social Workers
Why Private Clinical Supervision?
ï‚·Getting free supervision often just “checks the box” for the required hours needed for advanced licensure, but what if you wanted more than that? How often has your supervision been reduced to the “crisis” of the moment? How often has
your supervisor had to cancel supervision due to a client emergency? It can be frustrating. With private supervision, there is no time conflict with clients. Here is what you get with private supervision:
-
1:1 supervision with no interruptions with a highly qualified social worker
-
Explore future career goals
-
Focus on growth as a professional
-
Discuss your cases confidentially

Hello
My name is Trisha Sewpaul, LCSW-C
I am a BIPOC, female therapist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in schools (both public and non-public), hospitals (IOP/ PHP) and run my own private practice. I have worked in several clinical settings and can help you explore your next career steps. Our supervision hours will also focus on growth, education, application of skills and prepare you for the next level in your career. Private supervision can allow you to find a supervisor whose methodology and morals fit more closely with your own.

To make sure we're a good match, there are some supervision requirements
